Spring Friday Classes
Join us at the Fort Garland Museum for Spring Friday Classes! Hands-On History provides exciting educational experiences for students (grades 1-7) on Fridays during the spring when they are not in school.

Give your child an unforgettable experience this spring semester with Hands-On History! Registration is now open for Spring Friday Classes at Fort Garland Museum & Cultural Center. We'll be offering classes on Fridays from January 26 - April 19 with fun, education themes including:
- A Taste of the World
- The heART of the Valley
- The Toymaker’s Workshop
- ¡Vamos a Bailar! Folklorico
Who: Kids ages 6-12
When: Jan. 26 to April 19 from 8 am to 4 pm
Where: Fort Garland Museum, 29477 CO-159, Fort Garland, CO 81133.
Cost: $25/day or $300/semester, with automatic tuition assistance available:
- Free/reduced lunch: 40% off
- Staff/volunteer: 20% off
- Multiple children enrolled: 10% off
- HOH family (past 6 months): 10% off
- Early bird registration: 10% off
- Membership/History Buffs: 10% off
- Educator/military/first responder: 10% off
